Troubleshooting Notifications Not Received on iOS Devices
If you are not receiving notifications on your iOS device, the following may be the cause:
- Notification permissions have not been granted
- Focus mode is enabled
*If you are using Android, please check the following.
1. Notification permissions have not been granted
If notification permissions for JustNotify are not granted in the device settings, you will not receive notifications. Please follow the steps below to grant notification permissions.
- Open the Settings app
- Tap "Notifications"
- Tap JustNotify
- Turn on "Allow Notifications"
2. Focus mode is enabled
If Focus mode is enabled, notifications may not be displayed. On iOS devices, it is possible to exclude specific apps from these settings so that they still receive notifications. Please follow the steps below to check and configure these settings.
- Open the Settings app
- Tap "Focus"
- Tap the mode that is currently enabled, such as "Do Not Disturb"
- Tap "Apps"
